Room for rent on the top floor of a house in the well established Calder district.  This rental is close to all amenities and has easy access to both 97St and the Yellowhead.  All primary utilities are included in this price as well as internet.  There is no cable hooked up currently, but if you would like to do so you may hook it up at your own expense.  All common areas are shared and you are welcome and encouraged to make use of the entirety of the living space.  There is only one bathroom in the suite so it is shared, but it includes a large claw-foot soaking tub.  This residence does have one black cat who does not socialize well with other animals, but loves people.  There is no carpet in this suite. and if you would like pictures of the common areas, they are available upon request.   Access to the suite is through a side door and up a large set of enclosed stairs.  There is access to the backyard, which includes a firepit, as well as laundry facilities on the premises which can be accessed through a door in the backyard which leads to the basement.  This is a smoke free home, but of course you are welcome to go outside if you would like to.  This room is currently furnished and has a large closet with ample storage space.
